At Luxora, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@luxoracollective.co. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
